Bargain hunting -- too much of a good thing?

I like a bargain as much as the next person. 

Let me into an auction, and my checkbook's at risk. 

And yes, I've stood in a Black Friday line. 

But it seems we're going a bit too far. 

Shopping time is inching into Thanksgiving itself. 

6 am Friday was pretty early ... and you line up hours before to get that deal. 

Then it's midnight Thursday, or 8 pm Thursday, or earlier.  

But we're starting to see a backlash .... from workers. 

If we're not careful, we could see unintended consequences. 

Wouldn't it be a kick in the head, if that bit of extra income ended up fueling labor unrest, and resulting in serious long term financial impact.   

Can there be too much of a good thing?
